You basically just reinforced my perception of you as a hypocrite by "justifying" yourself with the arbitrary "MUH FIRST" exception instead of just saying "I use Starters cause i like em, i don't like Legendaries so i don't", which is just as fine as boxing a starter so you can use Route 1 rat or choosing not to use Togepi or Mega-Lucario.
Trying to force people to use only certain Pokémon instead of what they like basically defeats the points of having so many, especially for the fucking single player adventure.
