Having the neck of a long neck dinosaur be a flower's pistil is super clever and giving it a flower's stamen as antennae is a cool touch. One of the most creative designs for a pokemon without trying to be too flashy. Bayleaf is a shit design though since its just a dinosaur with a leaf on its head.
