>>41626934It's not that it wasn't affected, it just doesn't have a powerpoint. We don't know if powerpoints are naturally-occurring phenomena or artificially placed there by someone like Rose... During the nonplot, we see "powerpoints" manifesting in hammerlocke, and those were the result of rose secretly overfeeding eternatus, so I assume they are something that someone has to trigger manually
