The Vish fossils. I didn't really care about them at first but now I really love both, particularly now that I see Arctovish's head properly. They're not the best fossilmons but I'll take my fish head and like it, I've been waiting for one for a while. Conversely, I started out neutral to the Zolts but I've grown to dislike them immensely. Bewear was the only design I started out disliking outright then grew to like over time though.
Also Inteleon still sucks asshole, view has not changed on it at all. Awful design. All the starters are ass, matches the game I guess.
