Gen 5 was originally intended to reboot the franchise. Nintendo, at some point, decided "fuck that idea". And thus, we got B2/W2.
It's why B/W gives you Unova Pokemon exclusively until post-game.

so how is it? and what "butterfly/moth" mon is the best stats-wise nowadays? people say it's Volcarona and Venomoth is probably close second but it's been a while. there was also the shit with the quadratic eyes.
