Putting an offensive clef on your team makes it no longer a stall team.
Especially with a Ferrothorn amd Seismitoad on it too.

Honest question: Why do people use Dacovish instead of Dracozolt? He has a move like Fishious rend, and he also has a decent ability, plus a higher Attack stat.

x1.5 STAB -> 382.5 BP
x1.5 rain -> 573.75 BP

Coming from a decent base 90 atk.
Slap a band on it to boost it even further or a scarf against more ofensive teams and its a monster
