Are there any Pokémon that have a bad or underwhelming first form that are redeemed by the end? I feel like more often than not it's the other way around where great simple and cute designs are ruined by the end. I genuinely can't think of anything, most lackluster designs stay that way or get worse and anything good generally stays good or gets worse. I guess this dumb baby kinda applies but I don't think Toxtricity is a very good design either, just better than Toxel
