I actually hadn't heard of that local roaster I mentioned before I met the owner at a pop-up sale he was having at a bookstore I like; I guess they're fairly new and working more as a supplier than an independent store for the time being. Really good guy and really good coffee though, so I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.
