If it was mine I guess I'd give him some privacy, or if we can, stop in a local store so he can use the facilities if that's how it works for Pokemon, or put him in his Pokeball if that has built in systems for handling this stuff.
Really depends on how the Pokemon world handles Pokemon shitting. I could see a Yamper shitting in public and no one caring too much, but a Gardevoir not so much.
