>>41670364Female pokemon can breed with a variety of different species of male pokemon and produce an offspring of their own species so male pokemon probably contribute very little of the genetic make up when breeding and act only as a way to start the process and fill in some gaps, so a human male would probably able to act in the same way. If of course pokemon do actually physically breed in the conventional sense of our world.
Human female reproduction in the pokemon world is most likely to be the exact same as our world with no reason to think otherwise, with that as a basis humans are completely unable to reproduce with animals except for maybe other great apes which hasn't been tested but with that as a barrier for a human to breed with a pokemon they would need to have as close as possible common ancestor and share DNA in the high ninety percentile just as a start.
tldr: Male humans can most likely act as generic sperm donors to female pokemon, Female humans can't breed with anything but other humans in our world so the same is likely true for pokemon
