Ideally pokemon that can cover each other's weaknesses, or help boost their strengths.
Once you have a proper grasp on team composition, you can create unique teams that still do well enough. If you just want to copy the same 10 pokemon being used you can probably google the most used Sword/Shield pokemon right now, or find a thread about people complaining about them.
