Yes, it's worth it, but it's so easy to pirate, and pirating actually adds more features. You can play around in the randomizer to catch all of the pokemon and make impossible evos (trade evos) possible. There's no point in having the pokemon legit with their HAs and the little Gen II symbol since Bank will be obsolete and they'll just be in Home forever.

Eh, it's worth 10$. But what's the point if there's like 10 000 ways to play this game for free on any kind of device? If you feel like wasting 10 bucks then go for it, but honestly you can pirate the game and buy booze or whatever you like, instead.

This and Pokémon yellow are must haves for the 3ds. I’d go as far to say it’s even worth getting gold or silver on an extra 3ds if you have it for the trades and shiny ditto trick.

Of course not. Piracy is completely different. I would have to direct take the item from the store, which would negatively impact the store. This is just downloading a rom off the internet, only thing they're losing out on is one customer.

So, playing the exact same game that came out in 2001, with link support and Stadium 2 connectivity, with shaders and borders and the like, is less authentic than a modified rerelease with a dimmed palette?

I love using this frame on the 3DS with the 3D on slightly, it really looks like the gameboy screen is recessed and makes the red light realistic. Wish you could change the color of the Gameboy itself
