>>41678953I have been using Choice Specs Trick Rotom-H since Gen 5 and my friends are still dumb enough to fall for it. Maybe I just have dumb friends, but I simply wait for them to chuck out a mon that I know is physical and relies on coverage, or a mon I know is going to try some jank strat (like Umbreon) and I just Trick them the Specs and their mon is ruined. Bonus points if you can blast something weak with Overheat or Volt Switch in the meantime. The last slot is up to you, I personally bounce between Wil-O-Wisp to further cripple physical attackers that try and stay in and hack away after the Trick, or Dark Pulse to hit certain Ghosts harder. I’ve also had Thunder in that spot for a STAB that allows you to stay in but that’s almost never worth it.
