Asian bass or carp is a terrible invasive species and are notorious for jumping out of the water a lot and hitting people. That's not even mentioning the population control just to keep too many Gyrasdos from inhabit too close to cities or ports.

None, because people have their own Pokemon. If some wild hatterene (which woule be rare anyway, being a fully evolved wild pokemon) went around ripping children apart then Pokemon that live in the town would probably fight it off. Why do you think you hardly see any wild Pokemon in towns?

Same reason you don't pay for pokemon centers. It's some minute or unimportant part of the game's stories like how common vehicles are it's something they will possibly bring up if the plot needs it.

Almost every single Ghost type. Gengar's lick kills you by draining your life force, Froslass freezes humans solid to use as ice sculptures, Drifloon kidnaps children "for them never to be seen again," and Jellicent capsizes ships in order to suck the life of the sailors.

We'd have dedicated ghostbusters to hunt them down.

in the real world we also live around dangerous creatures but we built our society around it, so the exact same thing would happen if pokemon were real, not to mention we'd have our own pokemon to defend ourselves

This is why I'd imagine it'd be policy to kill Nincada on sight. I imagine we'd either find a way to force them to carry everstones or find some way to prevent evolution in some species.
