Seismitoad and Jellicent are just better Pokemon overall and beat Draco. Seismitoad gets pebbles and jellicent can willo. Lapras has to use Gmax to even have a good support move and her stats arnt good enough to justify a Assault Vest/lefties bulky attacker.

that's the entire point? Said support move is also one of, if not the best team support in the game.
The only reason Lapras isn't used right now is because Dynamaxing your sweeper is better, but once they ban it there will be little opportunity cost in using it.

Cinderace can court change them, defog can get rid of them and once your dynamax ends, any value Lapras has is gone. It's a huge momentum drain because of how weak it is outside rain, how slow and how its only role is on hyper offense teams that would probably rely on A-Ninetales for screens first.

No, because we've got several other screeners that don't use your giga, dynas that can offer more than screens, and tons of ways of removing or getting around screens.
It's a shame, lapras is one of my favorite pokemon, but this just isn't the help it needed.
