Can my male Friend Ball Flapple pass down it's ball if I breed it with my female Appletun?

I don't think you can actually breed it down from two different mons.

For two species, the mother passes down the ball. For the same species, it's 50/50 for either parent's ball.

I haven't tested it myself, but I believe that's how it works.

Well, those female pokemon will only result in more of that same pokemon. This won't help you except for prevos and split evolutions.
