What is the strongest non-meta team?

What I mean by that is that a lot of meta is designed around other people knowing the meta (IE you put one, seemingless less effective move on a Pokémon because you're expecting a lot of people to run Pokémon A and it counters that Pokémon). So what team would you use against a person that didn't understand the meta whatsoever, but wasn't a literal babby who didn't know about EVs and IVs? Will accept joke teams and real teams.
