Maybe if they fixed Wonder Guard to give it immunity to weather and hazards it isn't weak to, it might actually have a small chance.
That and its stats are just mediocre and nonsensical (why are its defenses higher than 1 again?) considering its gimmick, even when it was introduced.

With Zapdos, Skarmory, and Sableye, having Shedinja alive is much easier.
Now you can easily do it with Heavy Duty Boots, which makes it so much more viable.

Do Heavy Duty Boots help him at all. He's one of my favorite Pokemon ever but who the fuck doesn't pack Flying, Fire, Dark and Ghost moves these days. It's just never worth the instant loss that his 1HP brings

Shedinja should get a HA that works opposite to Wonder Guard but with the twist that it also gains the same effect using a Weakness Policy does but for Attack and Speed. Call it Blunder Guard or something.

Hail, Poison and spikes shouldn't hurt it, since it isn't weak to the types associated with it.
