Does it even have Power Gem yet, let alone Aurora Veil?
I love this design, really tried my best to use it through X but damn it was a jobber. The stat spread is abysmal, abilities that don't aid it particularly. It's typing and Refrigirate lend itself to a fast attacker, but with the design that isn't a realistic expectation so sadly I think it was doomed from the start.

These would go a long way toward improving it. I'd also add "give Ice resistances," but that's another can of worms.

Designwise I feel like it’s too empty, same exact problem with meganium but slightly busier. Don’t take the potential of being an aurora borealis mon all the way, nor does it takw the idea of being a long-necked dinosaur to any creative extremes, and the ice type is really slapped on. It’s far too safe and doesn’t even look particularly “cool, cute, or pretty.” It tries to be but it isn’t, its just boring. Also the mouth is really weird with that head shape.

Personally, I was thinking of making them resist Ground and Flying. Also, Hail should buff the Defense of Ice types 50% just like Sandstorm buffs the SpeDef of Rock types.

It should be

It looks sloppy having it be random numbers and not rounded to a 0 or 5.

Resistance to Ground and Flying might not fix Ice entirely, but Ground and Flying are both solid attacking types and Ice really could just use any resistances really.

Just replace the Rock typing with Fairy. Even if it still sucks, it'll at least have a unique typing that isn't weak to everything under the sun.
