How rare is it for a male pokemon with it's HA breeding with a ditto to pass down the HA? I've bred over 30 HA Appletun and none of the offsprings so far have gotten the HA. I've read online that it should be 60% chance, but does that only apply if the ditto breeds with a female pokemon?

I'm losing hope at this point anon. This is all the info I can give:
