>>41719198Honestly to me, Dexcut wasn't the biggest reason. It was more of through cutting stuff like National Dex, there wouldn't ever be a suitable replacement, like more new Pokémon or enough old ones to justify that decision. I was more dissapointed in SWSH because it was just so similar to what you could already get 3 years ago on a cheaper console for a cheaper price for the games themselves. Plus the games are really barebones as far as structure. Wild Area is cool but you never have to go there again after you get to Hammerlocke. The buildup to the first gym was really cool but after that it just becomes "go on route, maybe fight rival, get to next town, beat gym, repeat"
It's eh as a Pokémon game but it should've been the best we've ever seen
