TPC doesn't publish the games Nintendo does. TPC is mostly involved in the tv show, movies, cards, merchandise, etc. Basically taking the games gamefreak has already made and then turning that into other forms of revenue.

QOL Changes
>Bottlecaps are easy as fuck to come by in case you are too autistic to breed something
>You can teach egg-moves post breeding
>Mints for changing nature are pretty easy to get.
>You can farm out evolution stones about as easily as you could buy them in Gen 1
>Nothing stops a normy 9-5 from making any team competitive with even a touch of research into EVs
>Learning old moves is as simple as talking to a guy at the pokemon center

This is hands down the best game for competitive outside of the EV grind but that can be simplified by just waiting out the training with pokerus and a hold item.
