Bits an pieces of the parts actually do adapt to each other. Draco becomes yellow-y and electrified when on zolt just as zolt’s cheeks and mouth turn red when on draco. Vish also gets red markings and a mouth on draco, as both get blue markings/mouths on arcto. Arcto also changes a bit, the flippers become more like feet and the tail bends upwards on zolt. On vish they hang freely and the tail is much more straightened. Also vish and arcto have a weird connection on the neck/back.

Your second point is fair enough, with the caveat being that special attention is intentionally placed on how this thing can’t survive in its preferred hunting environment and can’t live in water apart from needing it to breath. Your first point is completely invalid, their innards are entirely on display. Dracovish and Dracozolt are straight up chopped in half, that’s what the meat spiraling is and it’s the reason the spiral patterns aren’t all over their skin.

That would just be a Pokedex clusterfuck. These fossils are already fucked up because they have no evolution form that "fixes" their broke shapes, allowing them a new form that literally evolves them into something never seen before since I guess that's how Pokemon works. You can just mash pieces together and they'll evolve or whatever.

I haven't gotten these pokemon yet and found them disturbing when I saw them in raids.
Now after finding out how they're made, I find them horrifying.

It does have history where the very earliest of scientists who dug up fossils just put them together based on how they felt they should, but this is just fucked up.

This is the only Galar fossil that isn't living in horrible agony
