Yep, typhlosion should have been a fire-electric with a decent move-pool.
volt switch would have done wonders if it was its signature move in gen 2 and so if it could use more than just thunder punch.
If it had +20 in speed, +25 in sp.atk, +15 in df and +22 in atk then it would have been an actual good pokemon.
Now a good ability for it should be adaptability or an equivalent to multiscale as a hidden ability.
