There's people like me though that just don't want to bother setting up lan play to get a Pokemon that's just going to sit in a box. I mean I'd still like a Jirachi and a Mew but I don't have any plans big enough for them that I'm going to set up a program. I'd say there's still very much incentive for a regular giveaways. The shiny egg giveaway sounds fun given the trading potential, just a shame I wasn't there at the time.
