Where was in confirmed that these pokemon in the datamine will be transferable when home comes out? Isn't this just an assumption or did I miss something?

Still likes like some major jumping to conclusions to me. It's telling people when pokemon home comes out, you WILL BE ABLE to transfer these pokemon into your game.

I'm asking if there is any official announcement to support this assumption, because right now, it seems like an asspull.

Seems like an assumption to me. I wouldn't be surprised i they slowly trickled this content in and you couldn't actually transfer a given Pokemon until it's had it's event.

Please enlighten me. If you want to use mew as an example of being importable through pokeball plus as an example of bringing in pokemon that aren't in the galar dex, why can't you import other pokemon "in game" through pokeball plus?

So can existing legends Dynamax? I only ask because the legends in this game can't (Even if it's cause the dogs are anti-dynamax and Eternatus has an inaccessible form). Which is kind of funny when you think about it, the legends in Sword and Shield are locked out of their own gen's gimmick in battle, despite it being a uniform feature for everyone else.

It is quite explicitly talking about those move tutors and saying that there are some transfer only pokemon that can learn those moves. Like Blastoise with Hydro Cannon or Solgaleo with Steel Beam. It's not that hard to understand.
