I put in 150 hours and didn't have a bad time. The problem is this game was painfully average; for the first switch game, it should have been the best, or damn close to it. They had a chance to blow everyone away with a console release bit it ended up being 'just another pokemon game'. There's a lot of unwarranted negativity about this game but it's not bad, on the other hand there's no point defending it like it's an amazing chapter of pokemon.

Absolutely mediocre. Very safe. Nothing gamechanging.
