Whilst this isn't TECHNICALLY complete you can beat the Elite Four and play a post-game section which is a hella lot better than most Fakemon Roms.
You'll likely have heard of this one already because it's the /vp/ game but goddamn you can tell it is because it's so fucking good.
For one the humour is excellent and consistent, the Pokemon designs are good and vary between fun or interesting designs to meme references and stereotypes.
For two, it's much harder than any mainstream Pokemon game. It's obvious it was meant to be played on an Emulator because you'll have to strategise and grind just to get past the 2nd fucking Gym. Bit of advice, it's not shameful to scan the wiki and official documents for this game to have some sort of idea of what to fucking use.
And for three, the game is jam packed full of content. The map is more complex and interesting than other games, puzzles are large and hard, rare items are a plenty, the berries are now super-effective blocking ones, exp.share and lucky egg is available early, the Elite Four is the hardest I've ever faced and new moves and subtle balance changes are everywhere. The Pokemon movesets are varied and no Mon feels like it's begging for stronger moves mid-late game.
That's before I talk about the offline Wonder Trade, in-game IV checker and ball swapper. Excellent Romhack AND IT'S NOT EVEN FINISHED!

I didn't finish this Rom. And I don't intend to.
Name is literal. FireRed with a Dex of 1400.
Fucking awful. You would think the insane variation of the game would make it fun but the creator doesn't understand... BALANCE.
Your Rival starts with a lvl 6 Teddiursa so you always lose.
Route 1, 2, 22 and Viridian Forest are full of garbage or Fire Starters.
The weakest trainer, a Viridian bug trainer, has a lvl 22 Stoutland.
Brock has 6 Pokemon, lvl 25-29, mostly WATER and GROUND. He has ZERO Rock Pokemon.
It took me 13 hours to beat Brock. Appalling hack. Borefest.
