It was Electric/Ghost and you needed a dusk stone to evolve it, it had pikachu's torso and triled off into a ghostly tail-like thing(Think like dragapult) and it was also a vampire (because this was pre-twilight and vampires were still cool to me), it also had some bullshit ability where contact moves applied a leech seed effect.
