What you want to do is have a mix of lots of calisthenics and tiny bit hypertrophy weight lifting. You also want to eat really healthy and put on small amounts of lean muscle. However, if you're fat or have a large frame, this physique will be literally impossible for you to get. These guys both have smaller frames, something you won't be able to replicate if you're genetically bigger
