is G-Max Snooze bugged? I'm using giga grimmsnarl and i have almost never got it to work.

At first i thought "oh if the opponent dynamaxes it wont work" but then it didn't work vs a non-dynamaxed pokemon. And then it worked vs a dynamaxed cinderace.

Am i being scammed by gamefreak? I can for sure remember an excadrill not getting slept by it, don't remember the individual pokemon for other cases, but i tried it at least 4 times.

Note that i didnt get either the "x grew drowsy" nor the actual sleep status effect when it didn't work. Nobody switched out because they did not get drowsy.
