Honestly? Only numbers that seem realistic are JP. As for NA and EU, VGChartz doesn't have any other Pokemon game tracked like that. Sales are estimated at 500k in UK from sales charts. There are articles saying that SwSh 3m+ in the US, but it's not clear if that figure includes any digital sales.
13m is a really high estimate. It's possible, but 9-10m seems more reasonable.
