I don't know about the sweet rarity but you can easily decide what the base of Alcremie looks like so they're all equally rare. Also it's probably harder to find a shiny gmax Alcremie anyway since you can't just breed it.

Shinies have the same sprite and are listed as the flavor they would've been if they weren't shiny. So technically Alcremie has 128 forms
