The dexcut is just a marketing scheme. Can't use a Pokemon in SWSH? Well you're going to have to buy another game to use the pokemon you want to again? It's complete unjustified and anyone defending it deserves to kicked in the balls

At first I had hopes that the cut wouldn't be a ruse but you're right about the marketing scheme part except it's more to boost Home's subscriptions. It's also pretty shady given how they never told Japan about it.
