Can run a plethora of sets with its massive support movepool, its great STAB and coverage options, the bulk to run support sets effectively, and great attacking stats on both sides after a boost. Many of the other recent Pokemon rely on mostly one type of role and just stick to it, but this Polemon can be a physical tank, a special tank, a screen setter, a Rest Talker, a disruptor with Taunt and Thunder Wave, banded or specs with Trick, Substitute attacker, etc. Grimmsnarl is a jack of all trades, master of none that can also check a lot of the upper tier with its typing or moves, while supporting other mons with its support moves.
