Ok I just looked up what this meant. I am not trying to scam someone I literally just got the game a week ago and beat it and when I looked up how to get Mew I saw I had to pay jewfreak another $65 just to get a bunch of pixels so I just want it in my pokedex.

you can live just fine without Mew in your pokedex. the only reason you would want to "borrow" someone's mew is to scam them out of it and keep it for yourself. either buy the pokeball plus yourself or just live without a mew in your pokedex. you can claim to not be scamming anyone all you want but no one is going to let you borrow their mew.

Ok I looked it up and it says you can put mew back into the pokeball plus to take for a "stroll" so could you technically put it back into the pokeball, restart your save file, and it will still count as being inside the pokeball?

Where I live it's more expensive but I guess it doesn't matter now because I just read you don't need Mew to complete the pokedex. Do you get anything special for having 151 though as opposed to 150?

Nope. Mythicals are not needed for dex completion. Nothing special for having them other than feeling good about yourself for “truly” completing the dex

I actually got it from my library. I'll probably buy it when it's like $20. It's been the best pokemon game since the gen 2 remakes. I needed something actually good since pokemon has been shit since gen 6.
