Pretty balanced considerng the only bans are Zacian, Zamazenta and Eternatus.
Gen 7 had to ban shit like ultrabeasts, Marshadow, M-Metagross, Landorus genie, Blaziken, Aegislash and have countless suspects.

Reads exist in any decent game. You should have to think one step ahead of your opponent to win.
The actual problem with Pokémon is that you have guaranteed set-ups that give you a huge advantage without having to pay attention to the other player.

Zacian needs to be banned, not a question, that thing is insane, Crowned or not. Its ability is effectively the same as Gorilla Tactics, without the choice lock, on a Pokemon with much better stats, typing, and movepool.
Zamazenta is debatable.

Yep. It went from being a shitmon to OU, just because of Drizzle. It's also pretty good in VGC because of Tailwind
