Honestly though it should be reserved for those with baby stages, at least at first
I always figured that was the inevitable end goal of having mons with baby evolutions
Make baby evos have massive movepools as their initial benefits with the payoff being three stage mons that have a shit load of usage potential

I think so. Pokemon has been trying to break traditions recently: the gym structure, the elite four, the fake evil team, and the ultra beasts have all been attempts to crack the formula.
It depends on how they're executed, and by that I mean if Game Freak uses the gimmick on Pokemon outside of the shill list

No to both questions. I’m cool with the regional variants. I’ve liked the majority of them release so far. Gen 8’s inclusion of regional evolutions is fine by me too. I’d be fine with more.

That would be... kinda interesting?
As in, evolve a pokémon for adapting to a new environment or something
It would be easier to just call an alt-form or something, if you're just gonna change the stat distribution, typing and ability and leave the BST alone

I doubt we'd get it, seems alternate forms take that role of "same Pokemon but not as shit". I'd rather if we just didn't get so many shitmons and they took the time to make existing shitmons less awful. I like the idea considering most 'mons reach their final evolution in by level 40 but it starts getting into Digimon territory if you push it too far, then again Digimon is actually putting out good games right now so maybe that's for the best.
