Huge dex with actual incentive to breed/battle/trade, mainly thanks to PSS. The region itself is beautiful and the customization is nice, XY are unironically the games I've replayed the most. I end up with vastly different teams every time.

I haven't played SwSh yet but I don't think it'll move after I do. Orre is only placed so low because it's been so long since I played Colosseum or GoD that I don't remember them well enough to be placed properly

I will give this to Alola - I think USUM has the best boss fights in the series. I just can't bring myself to replay it often due to the cutscenes.

Alola in terms of setting is my favorite. I love aliens and tropical aesthetics but I fucking hate stopping every two minutes to hear about Hau's eating addiction and Lillie's mommy issues and Kukui's swelling prostate.

anyhting after gen 5 should be in any respectable persons lower half. At least in gen 4 and lower you weren't absolutely bombarded with cut scenes and character you gave zero shits about only made up about 1% of your play though
