I think people are overdramatizing the speed tier, most quiver sets don't sweep unless they have 2 boost anyway and 2 boost is what it needs to outspeed everything bar scarf dragapult (most go specs anyway).
Sucks that they didn't bother giving it rage powder. Hell it actually would've been better with compoundeyes than icy scales just because accurate blizzards and hurricanes would make it a monster.
