His higher encounter rate is 3% in 3 dens and in those he is rarer than Giganta Appletun at 5%

Actually that's in Shield, it's bugged 1% overworld on route 9 and 3% in Dens from what I researched, I gave up on overworld encounter, it was basically all I did all day while killing 48 Hatterene that didn't go into their balls.

Great Ball is a good choice, but Ix'Chen has been very generous with his Lure Ball froggos. Because of the sheer rarity of tbe johto ball currently, I'd go with Lure Ball, for nothing other than it increases the trade value

There's almost no point in strategy. Just get a Choice Band/Specs and just Unga Bunga your way through.. Then use Clear Smog/Topsy Turvy (Chandelure/Gengar/Malamar/Grappoloct) for stat boost spammers or Contrary users and Misty Surge/Misty Terrain for status spammers (HA G-Weezing/literally any Fairy type with TM usage)

I'd say the G-Max is more of a side-grade than an upgrade. Setting up Sun with the Fire Move is always great, especially if you're running Flash Fire. A Flame Body Coil set might want the G-Max move more than the Sun though, as I believe the G-Max move behaves like a trapping move/fire spin. You can hold a medium/choice-locked physical attacker hostage for a bit while you Coil up and threaten Flame Body burns.

It's not overpoweringly better or pathetically weak compared to Max Flare. It's roughly the same, since you can trap them for continuous damage. I've had a LOT of fun using Centiferno to trap walls or wall-breakers to prevent them from escaping before slamming them with a SE hit. For killing stall teams, it's been invaluable.

Lvl. 47, Battle Armor (non-HA), Docile nature (neutral), 3 perfect IVs ("Decent" HP & Def, "Very Good" Sp.Atk), 4/10 Dynamax stages.

Your best chance for capturing it is going to be a Repeat Ball (what I used). If you have Falinks registered already, it will yield a 3.5x capture rate. Others like Dusk Ball can reach 3.0x in optimal conditions. For Balltism purposes, I'd recommend a Level Ball, Ultra Ball, or Repeat Ball. Good luck everyone.

There was a shiny Mamoswine raid posted on here a bit ago, I can check the exact date.

This was also when we didn't know if the host re-doing the raid ABSOLUTELY ENSURED the same poke would appear; Mamo keeping its shininess proved that 100% beyond a dount.
