So i just got to rose tower and i'm confused.
What is my motive for any of this. Did i miss a dialogue because it doesn't sound like Leon is being held there against his will?
Also this music doesn't fit the mood they're trying to set at all. It sounds like the instrumental version of a shoneen anime opening.

Hop was just asking Piers to take him to Rose Tower cuz he hadn't been in Wyndon before, Oleana overhears it and goes autistic and ballistic because she doesn't want you interfering with Rose trying to sweet talk Leon, and that is when you guys decide to invade the tower, because Oleana is being fishy and anxious.

Rose didn't want to wait one more day because he knew Leon would lose and the plan of making the Champion save the region from Eternatus wouldn't work out with a brand new champion on board. He was banking it all on Leon being his golden boy.

What even was his plan? I have no idea what he was trying to accomplish that he needed the champion for anything.
If he wanted to catch eternatus, wouldn't he have been better served with a team of people fighting it like we do for raid battles out in the open area?

Basically he wanted something out of a movie, with Leon saving the whole region from Eternatus so they two of them could grow even more popular and loved. That wouldn't work if he sent more than one person to catch him, and he trusted Leon would be strong enough to manage. Obviously that plan backfired though.
