I’m making a rain team, and thinking of having a toxicroak with dry skin and a black sludge on it.

Any good sets? Feel free to change the item if another one would do better.

Depends format. If you're playing Doubles Fake Out is a must have. Gunk Shot & Cross Chop are somewhat risky but powerful STAB options. Then coverage of your choice.
