the same 6 Pokémon will always be most OU.... Excadrill, Ferrothorn, Tyranitar etc....

People don’t like to try out new things

Falinks is great, but locals would rather use what they know. They will complain and beg for the 400 Pokémon that got cut, but if they were added in would still use Ferrothorn and Rotom.
