Reminder that Diamond and Pearl kind of sucked until Platinum came along and fixed EVERYTHING. R/S and D/P didn’t have battle frontiers until their expansions brought it.

Is it likely that NU-Gamefreak are going to do the same with SwSh? Probably not. Is it possible? Definitely is.

DP had obvious third version bait with Giratina and more. SwSh LITERALLY already uses all of it's Pokemons in it's main story. This is gonna be like XY.
