Seems about right. It's got big time 4MSS for OU, since it wants STAB, aura sphere, dark pulse, ice beam, and earthquake on top of shell smash. With a neutral nature, life orb, and 92 attack EVs, it can 2HKO pex with EQ after rocks, and with dynamaxing that becomes an OHKO, but that seems like a lot for one pokemon. Most will probably just run special and live with the fact that they aren't breaking through pex.
