Scolipede is pretty based for a bug type. OP pic related is capable of outspeeding and OHKO'ing Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem in one Earthquake, which is really fun

Not feasible unless you want to be 10 levels higher than the highest levelled opponent in the entire main series.
Krookodile beats all of the same things and gets Moxie boosts that allow it to win neutral matchups

You can always use Zweilous who has the same typing and it doesn't really matter since you will only need dark types for the Elite 4

There's no way of exploiting Eelektross' weakness since he does not have one but i believe that if you use Skill Swap on it (With Reuniclus) you could use Excadril's ground moves

Imo you should play BW2, its better in every aspect
Best Unova Pokemon are:
