From my own experience you will get the most time out of B2/W2. Battle Frontier is nice but for some reason I enjoy the PWT modes more.

If you're a newfag to Pokemon, then Emerald's a good pick. There's a fair selection of Pokemon to choose from, it's fairly short, and the game balances the story and exploration well

I’d say BW2. It’s easier to connect to the online fan server for trades. And you get actual rewards for completing the Pokedex or doing the post-game sidequests.
