Also why would you put those Def EVs for Perrserker too? If you put them into HP then Metal Burst will do more damage. What is the point of putting them into Def?

From what I understand, first you go for HP, and then you EV the defenses if you have some leftover. Unless it's Blissey or something with ridiculously high HP. If you're using Metal Burst, though, then HP is definitely preferable over Def.

Just plop all those Def EVs for Sirfetch'd Hatterene, and Perrserker into HP. Should be more survivable overall. Think of it this way: let's say you have 10 HP, 10 Def, and 10 SpD. You plop some EVs into Def. Now you have 10 HP, 20 Def, and 10 SpD, giving you 15 effective Def and 10 effective SpD. If you put those 10 into HP, you get 15 effective Def AND 15 effective SpD.

You know, it's kind of true for Pokemon more for other competitive games. Watching high-level Overwatch matches is exciting because of the skill level, but in Pokemon, it's not too exciting to see people hit the same buttons every time. Even though this shit was low-tier as fuck, it was still interesting to see it work. Low-tier Pokemon is more interesting than high-tier Pokemon, which is something unique to Pokemon as a competitive game.

Not bad OP, I’m using a Galarian Meowth in my playthrough and this inspires me to stick with him. Had no idea he could get CC. A Viking Pokemon based after Meowth, never thought I’d see the day.
