Ones who will sit down and write a great story for the player to follow.
Ones who will make Sinnoh like it should be (from DS era but upgraded for the Switch) but more and not less.
Ones that will make it easier to complete the Dex, create special assignments that reward players with super rare and starter Pokemon, like:
"Research Job: Catch 5 Bidoof. Reward chose another Sinnoh Starter."
"Research Job: Catch 5 Shinx. Reward chose the last Sinnoh Starter"
Then both games get version exclusive missions for certain Pokemon.
At least this way it makes completing the Dex a little easier and makes the game longer, if you want all three starters and other Pokemon or even a particular item(s)
